Carmen sat in the food court at the Mall. She had bags from shopping surrounding her. Various labels plastered on them. Stuff from Victoria's Secret, to JCPenny, to Delias and so on. She had a slushie in her hand sipping it slowly. Her brown hair descending down her shoulders. She had on a pair of jeans and a tee-shirt she got from Hottopic. It was a light brown color with a chocolate chip cookie giving a glass of milk a high-five. Under it says teamwork. Sort of a childish shirt but she loved it anyways.
She lean back in her chair getting bored. She started looking through her bags at the stuff she got. Cute new sweatpants and track jacket from Victoria's Secret. Both of which are pink, the stores signature color. A pair of jeans and couple of necklaces from JCPenny. And two new cute sweaters from Delias, for the winter. She sighed at the stuff and took a sip of her slushie as she glanced around the middle of the mall hoping to find someone she knew. She sat up and saw getting ready to live that area when....

Eric had been shopping for a while, looking for an interesting CD into the CD shop. He was happy when he found it and was carrying it in a bag. He was a bit hungry thought and walked a bit slower as he arrived at the food court and looked a the many restaurants that where there.
Nothing was really interesting thought but his stomach was growling it was a bit annoying. He sighed trying to make his mind on what he could eat until he bumped into a girl he had never seen. " Sorry!" he said quickly as he backed off a bit.

Carmen dropped her Victoria's Secret bag and dumped her slushie on herself when the guy bumped into her. She sighed not that she was mad at the guy but she was just annoyed that she dumped her slushie onto herself. "Great!" she muttered to herself.
"It's fine." she said glancing at the guy with a smile then kneeled down to the ground and grabbed her stuff shoving them into the bag. Probably going to go change into her new clothes since she has a red stain on her shirt now.

Eric gluped seeing the mess he had caused and cursed himself for doing so. " Sorry! I didn't mean it..." he said sighing finding himself stupid for bumping into someone.
He sighed of relief when she told him it was fine and nodded. " Oh... I'm Eric Corner by the way." he said extending his hand politely.

She sighed "It is fine." she told the guy standing back up with her bag in her hand. She brushed off the ice chunks from her shirt. She looked up at the guy now actually looking at him. She was sure she had seen him before. Probably around school or a drunken night at the club.
She smiled and shooked his hand "I am Carmen Black, my friends call me Karma though." she told him with a nod. "You go to Woodland right?" she asked him trying to remember where she has seen him before. I think he is a Senior. she thought in her head.

Eric raised an eyebrow a little as she was staring at him. He didn't like it much to be observed but didn't say any coment about that.
" Nice to meet you Carmen, yeah I goo at this school, I'm a senior in fact." he told her with a smile as he stuffed his hand into his pocket.

She noticed she was staring and shooked her head. That was weird for her she never makes her observations obvious. She wondered why she did that time. "Sorry you just looked familiar." she told him with a smile.
"And that is probably why. I got there too. I am a Junior. My best friend Jesse and I are known to be the two most attractive Juniors." she told him with a shrug. "I don't know if it is true much, but I don't mind the title." she said wtih a smile tucking some of her hair behind her ear.

" Well it's alright." he assured her with a small smile. " You're a junior? oh right I think I've seen you around but that's all." he said then chuckled about what she told him about the attractive Juniors. " And that's good to know." he answered to this comment.

Carmen laughed. "Yea, I am sure I saw you around as well." she said with a smile. She looked down at the slushie on her shirt and sighed. She grabbed one of the sweaters from her Delia's bag and slipped it on over the shirt covering the stain. "Perfect!" she said with a smile. She laughed at his comment about the attractive Juniors. She shrugged "I don't know. It was weird me and Jesse met in Freshmen year and now we are best friends and been given that title." she said with a nod.

Eric still smiled at her and remembered she was in Volleyball team and such. " And I think I saw you while your volleyball matches." he said thinking about where he could have seen her. That was probably this... He then nodded one time at her last comment.

She laughed "Probably." she told him with a nod. "I am usually always there." usually if not she is probably out doing something else and gave the coach a note saying she was sick or had bad cramps or something. "You play any sports?" she asked him wondering if she had seen him at a basketball, soccer, or football game or something.

Eric smiled at Carmen and nodded slightly . " I see." he said thinking about he must be probably right on this point. " Nope, I don't play any sports at school. I'm not really involved" he added.
